Key Notes About Registration

Registration is first come, first served based on timestamp submissions of registration data and successful receipt of payment.
Each team must submit one registration form. Information about both students will be captured in the same form.
No refunds upon completion of registration and receipt of payment.
Payment is required at time of registration. Entry fee is $170 per team ($85 per student).
We require all boat operators to have sufficient watercraft liability insurance. Proof of watercraft liability insurance is required and must be shown to tournament officials before or during the check-in process on the morning of the trapshooting portion of the tournament. Failure to provide proof of insurance will result in disqualification.
The following data will be needed for registration. Please be prepared to supply this data prior to starting the registration form.
  • Student (each one)
    • First name, last name, address, city, state, zip, cell / other phone, email address, grade, adult T-shirt size, school name, firearm safety certification info
  • Parent/Guardian
    • First name, last name, cell phone, other phone, email address, alternate parent/guardian first name, alternate parent/guardian last name, alternate parent/guardian primary phone, alternate parent/guardian email address
  • Emergency Contact
    • First name, last name, primary phone, relationship to student
  • Adult Boat Operator/Coach for Fishing
    • First name, last name, cell phone, email address, is age 19 or older, has undergone a background check, watercraft liability insurance info (provider/agency, policy number, policy dates, COI document)
  • Adult Companion/Coach for Trapshooting
    • First name, last name, cell phone, email address, is age 19 or older, has undergone a background check
  • Other
    • Name and email of person submitting the form, Body of water that will be fished, team name

Payment Process

YHO staff will send a registration receipt email that, among other things, provides instructions for payment. Here is the general process.

Each parent will receive an email indicating that they have an online invoice due from Youth Heritage Outdoors.
Parent clicks the button in the email that allows online payment.
Parent is redirected to Autobooks, which is a service of YHO’s bank.
Parent enters credit/debit card info and clicks Pay.
Parent receives payment confirmation message on the screen and a payment confirmation email.

Upon successful receipt of payment, teams will be notified via email of their position within the tournament registration queue.
